well it IS just a simple demonstration. He just made a tutorial on how to input your own minimap and make it accurate, he isn't saying on how to make it flashy and very elaborate.

It would probably boost inspiration by making a high quality minimap to show them how good you can get with creating this kindof stuff.

Found your post to be a little offensive, to be honest.

Anyway, it's a demonstration. People can get creative if they want.

I can make it look like a paper map. But eh, who cares? The only thing I'll gain from it is avoiding a post like yours.

First

You start off by finding an image. For example, I wanted to make my mini-map
more than just dots and bits. So, I got this image as my mini-map.
I got this image by simply turning my map using ______.
(Or you did: Advanced -> View whole map or something).
Then I captured a picture of it using ______ and went into ______ and saved it to _______.

That's just an example on making your tutorial a little better.
