How to get available Tags?

I wonder where you can find a list of existing Tags since you cannot create new ones.

Actually there is a Tag-site:
http://www.thehelper.net/forums/tags.php
but it doesn't show them all but rather only very few -
it onced showed at least 70, now it shows only 8?

I also wonder what this search by tag function is for?
You can also just click on the tag in question to get the same result.

Tag search exists because it's very difficult to turn it off.
And, if I ever personally meet the VB "developer" who thought we really need them because they are cool, he won't ever touch any keyboard again...

This "problem" has been solved. Tags are turned off.
We don't need them, as Ace has hinted.

IMO they should spend some time on perfecting there search so it works within posts rather than just giving the main thread as a result then adding a tags feature which is duplicating the search function.
