On my TD, all land creeps walk to their destinations just fine and dandy. However, all of my flying creeps end up going all over the place, instead of to the checkpoints. What's with this?
Movement type - "hover" /they wil keep flying but in real they will be moveing as ground, setting this to fly make them fly in real.
Combat - Target as - "air" /make your ground towers unable to attack them, and attackable only by units with "combat atack x - targets allowed - air"
Pathing - Collision Size "0.00" / make them pass the towers as they would fly
