Importing problem?

I have imported some custom made Icons into my map. They are TGA format and perfect for the game. But the DSBTN icons I imported are not working, and all the items when viewed at a shop out of purchase distance are a green square. I can't get the game to recognize the DSBTN icons. I know for sure their size is correct also

Any one have any suggestions? Help is very much appreciated.
