Importing Sounds And Applying Them To Units/Heros

I'm sure this has been asked before so you are to lazy to answer then you could just give me a link to something that will help answer the following question: How and Where do you get custom sounds and then import them and apply them to a unit or hero?

Example : Counter Strike sounds. Some maps use them. How do you get those sounds and then make a hero use them?

Well, you just have to get a sound with the proper file type and import it. Then right click>Use as sound.

I'm not sure how to make Sound Sets though.
