Is the NUON Authentication Key really lost?

The last time I heard anything about this I had no idea how big it was. The only way to publish homebrew for all NUON players besides the N501 players. The last information I can find on that key or keys is buried in this

NUON-Dome - www.nuon-dome.com

and it says Genesis Microchip who bought out the NUON technology back in the day had it and they would not give it up. We need this key I think in order to ever get another NUON game that has not already been encrypted released for all NUON players. Anyone have any info on this? Looking at you NUON people besides Dragonshadow who might be getting emails and messages about this stuff....

New Nuon homebrew - KillMinds

Hello, Seems like nobody is interrested to make NUON homebrew games so i have decided to make one. KillMinds is actually a straight port of my 3DO homebrew game of the same name. Without the Nuon Invades example , this would not exist. (Thanks cdoty ! Too bad you're no longer in the homebrew...

Worth asking him. If so, so many homebrews could also be sold and made available.

Not necessarily. Iron Soldier 3 is a finished game that has already been encrypted. He would just need to make copies of a Master Disc. I believe that most of the work Songbird is doing is on the Manual, box, and other stuff that has to do with the game without code changes.
