Map cannot be played from Download Directory

This is the strangest thing I've ever seen. The map will open and play fine by Warcraft... but only when you have the map in a directory aside from "Downloads". When it is in "Downloads" it is not even shown on the list of choosable games.
This is obviously a little disturbing, because most people will download it to /downloads, and when playing on bnet it is automatically downloaded there.
Does anyone know anything about this?

There have been other maps with a file name that long and I can play them.
Civilization Wars v2.17 Open Beta 10.w3x shows up on the list, while the new one does not.

EDIT: Or.. maybe not....
EDIT2: Wow, okay, it was 1 character over the limit. Strange, but now it works.

I don't see why you need such a big name since most of the time long file names don't work.
