Multiple player campaign

I would like to make a small campaign for me and a couple of friends to play together. I think I've read somewhere you can transfere hero data through the game catche function. But I need someone to explain how.

Is it even possible?

I think it's possible, but I'm not a wiz on Campaign Editor. :\

You can save data in game cache and load it in another map. That is very well possible.
But unfortunately it doesnt work for multiplayer but for single player only.

It does, however, work for multiplayer if you are not switching maps but i think that is of little use for you.

Hm yeah, so I have to use a save/load system?
