Negative CPU usage

I'd usually just let it go and not complain to you fine people about stuff like this, but I just added some memory to my box and it is feeding me some weird errors. In the Windows Task Manager for instance, it shows a red line and sometimes an orange line on my CPU usage graph which I have previously never seen in the 2-3 years of using XP home or pro. On System Mechanic's cpu usage screen, it sometimes shows negative cpu usage like -0.XX% (not above -1% so far).

Screenshot of error below:

Is negative cpu usage even possible(doubt it?)? Should this even cause me concern (but considering I just changed in some RAM)? Is my computer so good that it has work done for it? Is there a black hole causing dark matter to form in my computer and defy the laws of physics?

Thanks all for your time, as usual:D

EDIT:

In case it helps, here are my system specs, according to Belarc:

I wouldn't be concerned about it until Task Manager show negative CPU usage. Otherwise, I'd take whatever any other program says with a grain of salt since you don't know how it arrives at that number and what other programs effect what it shows.
