Object Data Editing

I've been trying to find a way to edit units a little easier... I discovered SLK's.

However, I'm able to find a way to open the SLK's for my map, I've been able to open the default ones, but I want to be able to use these files for editing custom unit tooltips.

Any help will be appreciated.
