Price for SC2

What do you think the price will be for StarCraft 2 for all 3 expansion sets???

I know some will buy the game regardless of the price... (like me)

but lets get some rough estimates on some retail prices!!!

this is the pre-order price.. and only for one of the expansion sets.. it seems too cheap... i figure it might be over $100...

Well by you're theory you're saying $50 is too cheap then you say it would be $100?

Well if it's $50 per expansion that'd be $150, so obviously $100 would be cheaper.

As long as they don't go with the lame $60 for a PC game BS, then I'll be happy.

Isnt it 3 standalone games? One for terrain one for zerg and one for protoss.

Nay, they're not standalone, they're normal expansions.
Imagine Frozen Throne had one huge campaign for the Undead instead of 3 small campaigns, then you'd have the same like the SC2 expansions are going to be.
They also already confirmed that they will (most likely) add new units for each race for the multiplayer part in the expansions.

$50-70; the normal price for any game Blizzard has been releasing lately.

Remember: Blizzard targets everybody. Not just people with money.

ive seen the pre-order go down to ~$40 on amazon and newegg, so that's probably closer to what it would actually be - i didn't buy it yet since i never buy pre-orders until there's an official launch date
