Spell Edit Problem

I sticked the following files into my map:

Units\AbilityData.slk
Units\HumanAbilityFunc.txt
Units\HumanAbilityStrings.txt
Units\ItemAbilityFunc.txt
Units\ItemAbilityStrings.txt
Units\NeutralAbilityFunc.txt
Units\NeutralAbilityStrings.txt
Units\NightElfAbilityFunc.txt
Units\NightElfAbilityStrings.txt
Units\OrcAbilityFunc.txt
Units\OrcAbilityStrings.txt
Units\UndeadAbilityFunc.txt
Units\UndeadAbilityStrings.txt

I am using the "war3SpellEd" to edit spells.
I am using a default loading screen.
However....
I cannot find my spells in the "hero ability list" in the world editor ...... lol
Am I missing any files?

Let me clarify:

you stick those files into your MAP to get them to show up in the game.

you stick those files into a FOLDER to get them to show up in the editor.

So stick all those files into a folder called "units" in your war3 directory.
