Spell on/off detection

is it possible to detect wether a spell is on or off (eg defend, or immolation) for use in a trigger. basically, just want to use it to detect which boss phase to use.

Its under order with no target. Order (immolation) Order (defend)
Order (unimmolation) Order (undefend)
Its free hand but it works like that.
