Spell Request: Power Word: Shield

Hello!

I tried to make the WoW Priest spell ''Power Word: Shield'' (gives target a shiled which protects it from X amount of damage), it worked, but seemed to fail when I casted it multiple times, I put it up here and no one seemed to find a solution. That's why I would like to request a JASS version of the spell featuring:

*Protects the target from 35% of the CASTERS max life for 30 sec.
*Target cannot be shielded again if it has Y buff (you get X buff (damage protector) when shielded)
*Easy to customize for me as a GUI user

If anyone would like to make this for me it would be awesome, and I promise you credit in my map (for what it's worth)

it has been done times and times again... search for it im sure you can find it, if not, i will try to do it, but i dotn have time now
