basically charges a line spell for 10 seconds that fires a missile and hits the first unit it comes near dealing 50-500 500 aoe damage based on the amount of time charged, and silencing all enemy units for 2-20 seconds based on charge.
if a unit dies from the spell i will chain lightning a random enemy unit
1000 range until it activates in no unit is found

Missile art : shaman missile
missile special art: thunder clap
channeling spell (need it to stop charging if the unit stops channeling)
so a basic cast would be casting then is (stunned, killed, moves or silenced (anything that would stop the caster from channeling)) will set the damages and silence duration to (if two seconds of channeling) 100 damage and 4 second silence.
if its not too much trouble can u make the missile grow as its charging? (not massive but subtle)
