StarDraft and MPQView...

Does anybody know where (if still possible) to find StarDraft and MPQView for StarCraft? I have MPQView, but when I try to open archives, no files show. Do I need to have a newer version or something? Is it the 1.09 Patch? Can someone who knows please help me out?
