Stargraft Help

I have windows XP, now I want to be able to run patches made with Stargraft, but somewhere I read something about it not working with XP.
It told me to read the FAQ, but after 5mins of looking I couldnt find it so I gave up.
So if there's some way to run patches with out it crashing cause of XP Could you tell me.
Oh, and also is there a equivalant to Stargraft, because if have made a few mods for fun with Stardraft but adding/changing spells is something I want to learn how to do.
Oh and the mods I made include my greatest triumph.... Pacman in Brood War.
Ok so its not that great but at least I got him there!

Well, the Pacman mod has been deleated, but I could easliy make it and put it on a site. (If my sites still there).
But yeah I still need to know bout Stargraft, wouldnt want to get of track now would I?

how do u put stargraft stuff in a map if u dont want them to have to d/l what u made?

Ok, well first of all, PACMAN IS A MOD, not a map.
It is not finished but it can be used on battle net.
At the moment 3 units have been converted the vulture (pacman) the marine (also pacman) and the wraith (ghostie).
Still need help with Stargraft, or at least know why it dont work!

Yea, i have been having some troubles trying to find out how to get the units u changed onto my map too.
