Unit Takes Damage

Ok, I am tired of using the "unit is attacked" event because it can be spammed, and fires shortly before the unit actually attacks it...

I heard something about a "unit takes damage" type thing

but I can't find it in the generic unit events

Its only a specific unit event, you can make a trigger

Code:
Setting The Units
    Events
        Time - Elapsed game time is 1.00 seconds
    Conditions
    Actions
        Set AllTheUnits = (Units in (Entire map))
        Unit Group - Pick every unit in AllTheUnits and do (Actions)
            Loop - Actions
                Trigger - Add YOURTRIGGER <gen> the event (Unit - (Picked unit) Takes damage)
        Custom script:   call DestroyGroup(udg_AllTheUnits)

AllTheUnits is a unit group variable
