What determines where a missle hits a target?

Hey,

My ultimate goal is to make a Protoss Pylon shoot another Pylon (as a projectile)... when I say shoot another pylon I mean the projectile IS A PYLON, so you would see another Pylon flying across the map like a missle.

Here is my problem.
I took a pylon and gave it a Marauder Punisher Grenade Weapon.
Eventually I will change the Punisher grendade projectile model to a pylon model.
When one pylon shoots another unit with its Marauder missles, the missles
A) Never shoot the same spot and B) Do not shoot a straight level path.

If I can get the missles to shoot a perfectly straight line and shoot at the same spot then I will be able to switch the model to a Pylon and I am done

any other ideas how to make a pylon shoot Pylon Bullets would be welcome.
