where are the maps supposed to go ?

They aren't really resources... not if they are still at a planning/beta phase anyway, so where should a mapper introduce his projects ?

I saw that some dude had posted his map in the resource section but this isn't really a resource, right ?

For now, maps can go in the resource section. When we get enough of them, we can reorganize them into their own section. Plans are in the works to have a Starcraft 2 map upload section in the future as well.
