Wich slow based ability...

Wich ability do you recommend to reduce the movespeed of a unit? I only want a decreased movespeed... should I use slow only?
I dont wanna stack, cuz stack sometimes are too imbalanced...

What type of slow, passive or cast?

You can use any type of "slow posion", which allows you to determine if it stacks or not..

Shadow Strike, Drunken Haze, Soul Burn(Silences though), Poison Arrow(Auto-Cast), Frost Arrow(Auto-Cast), Frost Nova. There are probably a few more but this is all I could think of at the moment.

Frost modifying only movespeed would require you to play with those gameplay constants ; all frost abilities have the same slow %.

Adding a few to Carnerox's post : slow (obviously), negative bloodlust(auto-cast). I can guarantee bloodlust doesn't stack, at least.

By the way, Carnerox, there's no such thing as a "Poison Arrow(Auto-cast)".

there is poison arrow auto-cast ability. its a neutral hostile hero ability. its like slow poison, frost bolt mix up.

This is a hard one... A slow based ability... uhm... let me think... hm... oh I know, "Slow"!

In addition what Carnerox mentioned, there's also Cripple.
