! mark on top of units ( for quest things)

Hi guys, I cant find where to get the yellow exclimation thingy, do you guys know what trigger it is I think its special effects but im not sure were it is in the special effects. any help would be appreciated!

Create special affect overhead triggering unit using....

the exlamation point can be found in I think extra. Its named exclamation mark... Should be one at the top of the list (underneath none of course)

Actually, the ! is pre-selected already for that action... very simple to find.
