A Quick Triggering Question

In a triggered ability, does using a wait action in the triggering prevent the same trigger from firing again until the wait is finished, or would it run for each unit that uses the spell? If not, how would I allow it to be MUI?

Once a trigger is waiting, any other trigger, including the very same one, may run...

MUI depends on what you're doing there.
In general, any variables set before the wait and still used after the wait require special care.

Are there multiple temps pre-made in game, then? If it selects a unit based on an integrated variable, would I encounter any problems when the trigger fires a second time?

Personally, I've no idea.
I don't even know if there is as little as one single one.
Then again, I've also no idea what a "pre-made temp" is.
