Absolutely dumbfounded...

I converted my TFT map...
The RoC terrain in the conversion (in the editor) displays just fine.
The RoC terrain in game displays just fine.
The RoC terrain--without TFT installed (I tested on another computer)--gets mixed up, and is randomly replaced by god knows what.

In game, I have a trigger which changes the terrain type, and it changes it to one of the RoC terrains that didn't show because of the mixup.
THAT terrain displays JUST FINE, even without TFT!

WTF IS GOING ON?

I'd be happy to show someone the map if s/he felt it would help.

I really hate to be unhelpful, but you could just buy TFT, costs about £3 (or $4) w/e. Other than that I don't really know about comparability fixes, sorry good luck anyways

hehe...how should I know that RoC terrain displays fine with TFT if I couldn't even test that?
in fact, how could I even make the map...?

you dont have tft? or you need it to work with RoC? or your world editor is tft but your game is roc? or some other wierd mix up? amiguity is not your friend. please explain it a little better

Of course RoC terrain works fine with TFT. TFT is an expansion after all- compatability is everything. The only reason RoC doesn't support some TFT content is because TFT was made afterward, the point of it was to add more stuff. Get it and you should stop having these issues sorry I can't help further

XD sorry, i was in troll mode for that response. No, I own TFT, thus I have the TFT editor and its things (and NewGen).
The problem is, the map is a maze, and mazers play on RoC. Some mazers dont have TFT, so I like to import some things for the RoC-only people.
Unfortunately, weird things resulted...apparently. To the point that RoC terrain (which everyone has) gets mixed up.
