Accessing application

Well..
I have some weird & strange problem.

When i activate some of my not-very-dangerous apps.
My windows comes with a warning
"Windows cannot accessing files, folders bla bla bla"

Why is it wrong? Is it Registry problem? Because some of my registry was found as a virus by AVG recently.

If some of your registry was quarantied or deleted because it was somehow taken as a virus, then the settings for those programs could have been lost as well. Your best bet is to reinstall the program if possible, but depending on what part of the registry is missing/corrupted now, you may be looking at doing a system restore if that option is available or a full reinstall of Windows if not.
