I'm doing a quick clean-up of some old programs I never use anymore when I found something that is taking up 15 GB of my HD.

My question is; Can this be uninstalled safely?

Are we talking a laptop here? I believe that is where this program is typically found. It is basically the driver for a 56k modem that would be on that computer. So uninstalling it would probably render the modem useless, but who wants that slow of a modem anyway?

I just don't understand why this program is 15 GB...

What's the exact file name that is taking up 15gb? Is it one file or a bunch of files that add up to 15gb? Are you seeing this number on the file(s) itself or in Windows Control Panel -> Add/Remove application ?

It's a cumulative amount of 15 GB I think. Found it via Add/Remove.
