An alchemy skill

Hi, I'm creating a spell based on spell book. The spell book will contain various potions. And when a potion is selected, it will show up on the skill bar. IE

Move | Hold Position | Defend | Attack
-------------------------------------------
Patrol | | | Abilities
-------------------------------------------
| | Potion | Spell Book
-------------------------------------------

I did some guess work and figured I need a trigger to learn "potion" every time a hero ability button matching any potion inside the spell book. But let's say I've picked a potion and want to choose another one instead, how do I unlearn the first?

"Unit - remove ability" Thought about that, but wouldn't it require removing all possible potion skills? I guess that could work, although I'd rather use a variable to store last learned ability. Problem is, I'm not sure how to do that. Thanks anyways :)

You will have to go through every possible potion but that's unavoidable no matter how you do it.

When you give the ability to a unit, also store it to a variable, that will be used when removing.
