Are you talking about an ability that swaps the position of the caster with a target unit?
Or is it something else?
If it IS that ^, then it could be easily done with GUI(is all I know).
Something along the lines of:
Event: Unit casts a spell.
Condition: Spell = Swap
Action: Set Variable = position of Triggering unit.
Move triggering unit to position of targeted unit.
Move targeted unit to position of Variable.

yes that one, sorry i have a tendency to not give a lot of info lol im always in a rush to go somewhere thats why xD sorry guys.
but yes a swap system like dota's
