Appears as green

 Set Colours[3] = |CFF1CB619

which is teal

appears as

 Set Colours[7] = |CFF20C000

which is green

any ideas on why?

Sometimes color codes can just be messed up.

Just try a slightly different shade of green. Can be a very small change, but try it.

Certain colors by the editor are taken incorrectly (For whatever gay reason), so trying a new one slightly different always helps.
