Well, not that well made to be completely honest. The concept seems good but the execution of it clearly shows that it is by a new beginner. The results is a blurry and bland icon that lacks proper lightning and detail. This is to me more like a WIP than a finished product.

This is certainly better than most first tries but not of that high a quality after all. Just keep on practicing, sharpen your icons more and work on the lightning/blandness issues. Like a glow is supposed to actually glow and not just be a teal spiky background

Good luck with further enhancing your texturing skills.
