no, it sounds like "more human life lost = it should have a bigger impact in the media", and "a long time ago = it should have less of an impact" - at no point was any comparison made about the value of 1 life vs the value of another life, simply the number of lives and the date, vs another number of lives lost and the date, and the media coverage of both.

I would like to explain the time concept before FC posts about it - after a certain time, even after the loss of a loved one, people go on - it may take some days, other years, but eventually people will move on - that is why a more recent tragedy affects people more then something that occurred a long time ago
