A Spell:
1) A unit cast a spell ( instant activate type ) then a missile ( can be customize ) will fly out toward where the caster is facing. the missile be destroy upon hitting first target and deal damage to it or die off after travel some distance.

2) The spell should be easily reusable to create fireball , iceball etc... with the same ideas but maybe diff dmg, diff moving speed, diff effect upon hitting the target.

Any one can help?

what you want is a projectile system.

either find one with search or take a quick guidance and make your own projectiles:

configure all the data you need
make a timer that fires every lets say 0.03 seconds starting a function

the function should move the desired unit toward's the desired location by a minor range like 10-20.

that way you will get the feeling the "unit missile" is moving smoothly, use the balance of timer period and movement range to configure the speed and smoothness.
