Betting System

Hi i was wondering if anybody knows how to create a betting system. (like the one in the 1v1 obs map)

Im not to sure about how to use banks

Could you describe that? I do not have any clue on what a betting system is

The observers or spectators vote on who they think will win the game (What team or player will win). It is a dialogue with buttons that have each players name on it (8 players = 8 buttons). If I think X-maul is going to win, I will click the button with his name on it.

So far i have a dialog with a slider and a button.

I need a bit of help figuring out

1. How to work bank files so the players credits are loaded at the start of the game and saved when a player is defeated or leaves the game.
2. How make the slider show the amount of credits being selected while sliding from 0 - the amount the player has.
3. How to show credits in a dialog.
4. How to make to button subtract the credits from the player.
5. How to get the credits given to winner

There is probably more but your get the idea
