Just put that globals block above all your other code. like so:
JASS:
globals
    //Your globals
endglobals

//=========Spell Functions===========
function Blah....
endfunction

You should prefix them so they won't conflict with other globals that someone may declare.

For instance, I would put "BT_move", etc..
