Changing Loading Bar Text

Maybe I have a better chance asking this here.
I want to change the loading screen bar text. I don't mean the Scenario -> Map Loading Screen text, but the text on the loading bar that reads "LOADING" and "PRESS ANY KEY TO CONTINUE". Searched through Gameplay Interface and eight pages of search hits, but nothing to be found.
Magentix did it in his map: http://www.thehelper.net/forums/showthread.php?t=83713 and I suspect he used JASS
I would ask him, but he hasn't been online lately.
Maybe you guys can help me out?

I highly doubt it has anything to do with JASS.
If it is not in game interface you will probably have to go searching with an MPQ editor along the same lines of making a custom loading screen.
