Could something get wrong with the variables?

When putting units in variables like this, as soon as they are created, could it cause leaks? (eg. not getting all the right units in the right variables)

My maps triggers apparently have leaks and I don't know where the main problem is, but please tell if there is a better way of putting the units into the variables, or if this method shouldn't make any problems at all.

Trigger:
  • Actions
    • Unit - Create 1 Circle for Neutral Passive at (Center of Medium 1 1 <gen>) facing Default building facing degrees
    • Set ACircles[1] = (Last created unit)
    • Unit - Create 1 Circle for Neutral Passive at (Center of Medium 1 2 <gen>) facing Default building facing degrees
    • Set ACircles[2] = (Last created unit)
    • Unit - Create 1 Circle for Neutral Passive at (Center of Medium 1 3 <gen>) facing Default building facing degrees
    • Set ACircles[3] = (Last created unit)
    • Unit - Create 1 Circle for Neutral Passive at (Center of Medium 1 4 <gen>) facing Default building facing degrees
    • Set ACircles[4] = (Last created unit)

I'd get all variables different. I do have different variables for everything, as at some point I had a sensation that they leak if are used more than one time to store information.
