Crawfish Fettuccine
Easy Crawfish Fettucine recipe straight off the Luxury Pasta box. This is a basic recipe and has lots of room for modification!
Ingredients:
- 1 cup butter or margarine
- 3 bell peppers, green, red or both, chopped
- 3 medium onions, chopped
- 3 stalks celery, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 pound Crawfish cleaned
- 1 pint of half and half or heavy cream
- 1 lb jalapeno cheese, shredded
- 12 - 16 oz Luxury Brand fettuccine
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Large skillet, Wok or Dutch oven
- 3 quart casserole dish for baking
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- In a large skillet, Wok or Dutch oven melt buttter
- Add peppers, onion, celery and garlic and stir for 10 minutes
- Add crawfish, half and half and cheese
- Stir and cook on low until cheese melts
- Prepare fettuccine according to package directions and drain
- Combine fettuccine and cheese sauce
- Pour into a 3 quart casserole
- Cover and bake in a 350 degree oven for 30 minutes
- Top with Parmesan cheese before serving

- Makes 6 to 8 servings
