"Dash" icon

I need an icon for a Dash ability, which increases movement speed for a certain duration... a foot or paw that looks as though it's moving quickly, maybe with some effect behind the heel it to emphasize this... well, you're better at this, so I'll leave it to you pros

In short: A rapidly moving foot/paw/boot.
