My router has been reseting itself lately, and not in a periodic fashion, but rather at random.

So far the system logs have shown nothing out of the ordinary, except recording that the system has reset.

Firmware is updated.
All connections are solid and tightly secured.

The only thing I have been able to notice is that the "M1" LED light is Orange, I'm not sure if that is normal or not, but Green is usually better than Orange.

Any thoughts on why my router is suddenly doing this would be appreciated.

"Have you tried resetting to factory defaults?"

Yes, just did it, and not 3 minutes later it reset itself. The log showed it as if I unplugged the router and then plugged it back in.

Edit::
The M2 LED is not a on.

Which, by that manual, a solid light means "the unit is defective".

Try plugging into a different outlet for power? Maybe your power adapter is going out for it.

I've been reading up on this and many people say its because of the wireless portion of the router... is it?
