Hi im wondering if anyone know if there are a graveyard fence, graveyard gates?

You can change this now in User CP.

There already is a real nice fence (Sadly, no gates, just the fence) in Warcraft. Go to the Doodads palette (D) and choose Northrend from the dropdown menu. the item you are looking for is 'Fence' and 'Fence Angled'.
As for gates, you could create a custom doodad based off one of the standard gates and simply scale it down to match the fences.
