Error with items

Im going directly to the thing cause i need eat lunch.

Im making a RPG and i need to put items in the shop. I put the items correctly and it goes without any error. But when i get the hero and i buy them, it automatically get dropped. I try to get from the floor but it get dropped too.
I made 4 heroes. Knight, Ranger, Mage and Builder.
The first three heroes (Knight,Ranger,Mage) are getting this error and the another one (Builder) not, resuming three of them are getting th error and one doenst.
What can this error be?
I cant open my map to the battle.net until i get it solved! Can any1 help me please?

umm the items shouldent be dropped unless there is a trigger that drops the item from the hero, try checking any triggers that drop items from a unit

Any computer program is simply reading the instructions (triggers in the case of WE) and following them exactly. 99% of the time when something is doing an action, it's because you told it to do that. The other 1% is glitches and errors in the programming of the WE.
