Explode quesiton

if you make a unit explode with a trigger, who will the killing unit be?

from what i understand, explode simply removes a unit from the game with a nifty effect. I could be wrong.

ok, then if you use a trigger to kill a unit, who does it register as the killer?
or will it just be null?

It will be null. You could make the unit explode on death to get the same effect without registering the killer as null however.

ok, that helps, i was trying to make a custom bounty system that made it so that all players get bounty from all kills, but the killer gets extra. I did however notice that in the case that a enemy used suicide abilitys, it still gave bounty. so i was trying to detemine how to prevent it.
