"Files are missing from your Star Craft II Installation" HELP!!

I've been getting this message every time I press play

Can someone please tell me how I can fix this without re-installing Star Craft II

There used to be a repair tool located in the support folder but since patch 1.5 this tool is gone. It has been integrated into other tools and the game should now give you an option to attempt a repair . I assume this is not coming up?

Hypothetically if you managed to find which file was missing you could just copy and paste it to the correct location. But I would strongly recommend against doing this in case the file was modified by any of the patches that have been released. Your best bet to solve the problem would be to reinstall the game. You should be able to keep you game settings but you would need to re-download all those patches.

The best way to fix is to reinstall the game. I know you wanted to fix it without reinstall, but it is hardly possible.(The repair tool is gone T_T)

No worries I fixed it by copying my brothers files onto my computer and replacing accounts folder with mine
