Gloves of haste attackspeed problem?

Hm, here's the thing. I tried to make an item contains the ability of gloves of haste. Hero's attackspeed is 2.5s
At 1 increment, (as I count) my attack cooldown become 0.75s
At 0.5 increment, (as I count) my attack cooldown become 1s
At 0 increment, (as I count) my attack cooldown become 2.5s(haven't tried)
At -0.5 increment, (as I count) my attack cooldown become 3s
At -1 increment, (as I count) my attack cooldown become 8s

WTH? I can't find any relations!

??? it means 50% in gloves of haste. (in decimal value)

Are you sure it's exact?
I mean, what method did you use to count it?

So basically,
+100% aspd == 0.75s
+50% aspd == 1.0s
0% aspd == 2.5s
-50% aspd == 3.0s
-100% aspd == 8.0s

hmm... you can say it's a clock in front of my PC lol. But I'm certain that it don't miss too much. Just count : It should be like this right?(if the base if 2.5s)
+100% aspd == 1.25s
+50% aspd == 1.8...s
0% aspd == 2.5s
-50% aspd == 3.75s
-100% aspd == 5s

hmm... exactly same as my prediction ( see post #7)
But how can I get those number? and another problem : If I put more than 4 factors, it don't stuck at 4 as the thread says, The attackspeed becomes slower than +1 increment! (wth? you should give it a shot to see)
