How do you change the object flying around the weapon?

How do you make the flame that goes around the weapon? ( orb of fire ) What do I need to change that orb to something else? like into a an Orb that has Fire and Ice.

The orb of fire properties but add in an extra blue part for the ice. If you played World of Warcraft, How do they get the weapons to glow? Some items have things circling them.

The effect is part of the orb abilities; examine the Item Attack abilities in the Object Editor. The relevant field is Art - Target.

You can add multiple models; for orbiting fire and ice, add both the Item Attack Fire Bonus <Target> and Item Attack Frost Bonus <Target> models, set Art - Target Attachment Point 1 and 2 to both be weapon, and set Art - Target Attachments to 2. Then give that ability to whatever item needs it.

I have no idea about WoW so I can't help you there.
