How to change some things in WC3E!

Hi, i want to make my own "mini-rts" (like wc3) in wc3.

but i have some questions:

Can i change armor types? , can i change the names and the "speciality" of them / make new ones?

Can i change attack types? Can i change names blabla same as above

and (correct me if im wrong) if 100 food pop is max in "melee game", how can i raise it?

if there is something i missed, just tell that too, help plz and thanks

everything you just mentioned can be found under gameplay constants and game interface, under the "advanced" tab

ill check later, oh also i remembered, for example can u change unit "type" to for example archer instead of mechanical?

Don't think so - although check the inteface section under the Advanced menu and take a look
