How to do critical attack to building

Hi, as the title says I want an item give X% chance to the unit to do critical attack like x4 his normal attack to the building. I think i have to do it through trigger but I'm not sure how. thx in advance

In the Critical Strike ability you assign to the unit, look for the Targets Allowed section of the ability and check the box that says "structure." See if that works.

Or, you can simply use the Demolish ability. You can find this under...

Abilities -> Neutral Hostile -> Heroes -> Demolish

Both will work, however Demolish is specifically for buildings so it will save you a little time
