Nice and quite useful for beginners.
I suggest you have Disagree first in the dialog one, because I've pressed enter to type a message just as a dialog box appeared countless times. And if i don't want the player to be kicked, I could accidently kick him.
You should also make a trigger which stops the same player being voted to be kicked after they've been voted (for some time)(if they're still in the game).
So an idiot can't just keep spamming -kick yellow or whatever
Ouch... I spent over an hour doing one part... I can agree to deleting one post, but why not just leave it as a tutorial, since there's already a kicking vote system?
What would be funny would be like a map with players which randomly choose if the player you votekick is going to stay in. Like in a real game, really.
Anyway, that's just me...
Hmm. It is clearly hard to make a map with this kind of system.
Ahh, thanks Daxtreme, but anyway I have uploaded the demonstration map too.
I made a cinematic, to preview to users what VoteKick Systems really look like, so they can get the feeling and can decide whether they want to import the triggers into the map.
Err.. I know the cinematics are a little bit boring, but just bare with it, because there isn't any sound to it except the Warcraft default music.. LoL.
I don't think I'm dealing with quite the same pressures though, at the very least its a significantly smaller system. For the time being I'm just going to put together a quick scrubby box though and hope it works good enough to not make my house toxic
I do know this - xenforo dropped the ball by not keeping the vbulletin reputation comments as a feature. The loss of the Reputation comments data when we switched to Xenforo really was the death knell for the site when it came to all the users that left. I know I missed it so much and I got way less interested in the site when that feature was gone and I run the site.
