Required Programs : Winmpq, Photoshop(or any file to make and save an image into tga format)
Steps:
You must first create a 128x128 img and save it EXACTLY, yes EVEN capitals with "war3mapPreview" in tga format
Then you find where u installed Winmpq into and open it
Open the map u wish to put your minimap image into in Winmpq
Click "Add"
Find Your image and add it and dont add any custom words before it and if u followed the steps correctly you should have a custom minimap image in ROC(without import manager)
However i have not tested it extremely it appears if u save ur map the minimap image does not show up in that case repeat the process but when u are in Winmpq just delete the first one if it is still there which it shouldnt and add the image again
yes its a downfall but if u dont have access to TFT and dont feel like paying 30$ for some extra things this could help
