Importing Data to another

How can i take triggers from one map. then import that triggers onto another map without getting the current triggers erased?

?? right click and select copy

then paste it in the other map

but im ganna have to go back 20 times from one map to another copying and pasting each trigger. cuz u cant select more than one trigger at a time.

Put them all in the same folder then copy the folder.

File > Export...

oh wow. that really helped me last night. sooo is there a way to copy more than one folder at a time?
